Leidschendam, 2 March 2011 – The President of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, Judge Antonio Cassese, has delivered a copy of the Second Annual Report of the Tribunal to the UN Secretary-General and to the Government of Lebanon. The Report explains the progress that has been made over the past year, as well as the challenges that the Tribunal has faced. It will be publicly available in the coming days.
